- The Veranda area will have limited, widely spaced seating to comply with social distancing guidelines.
- The gym is open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM for individual workouts only. We allow 10 people in the gym at a time by reservation. Face masks and face shields can be removed while exercising. Equipment is disinfected after each use.
- The Barber Shop is operating at a limited capacity to offer basic hair cutting services.
- Aegle Wellness Center is open every day from 8 AM to 8 PM to provide bespoke programs and medical services, such as Antigen Swab Test, Rapid Diagnostic Testing, Immune Boost IV Drips, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
As we look forward to better days, take comfort in the fact that The Alpha Suites will continue to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation to remain COVID-free.
Advisory: In accordance with the DOT Administrative Order No. 2020-006-C, all hotel guests are required to present a negative same-day Antigen Swab Test result prior to check-in. For your convenience, guests of The Alpha Suites may avail of the FDA- and DOH-approved Antigen Swab Testing administered by medical professionals at the on-site Aegle Wellness Center. - Use the nearest closed trash bin to dispose of the tissue after use.
- Perform hand hygiene (e.g., hand washing with soap and water, alcohol-based hand rub, or antiseptic handwash) before and after eating food, after using the bathroom, blowing your nose, coughing, sneezing, and touching contaminated objects.
- Before putting on a mask, properly clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
- Cover your mouth and nose with the mask and make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask, ensuring it’s snug on the contours of your nose and cheeks, and under your chin.
