  • Pre-payment equivalent to the total amount of reservation will be charged upon booking. This is non-refundable
  • No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions such as stay dates rescheduling or modification will apply.
  • Guests who do not arrive within 24 hors of the check-in date and time of the hotel will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
  • A Php 3,000 deposit per room per night for the incidentals is required upon check-in through cash or credit card, The deposit will be refunded, minus charges for any incidentals consumed upon clearing and check-out. 
  • Standard check-in time is at 1400H(local hotel time) and check-out is at 12:ooNN(local time)
  • Room availability and rate may be subject to change if amendments are made to confirmed booking.

  • Senior citizens and persons with disability may only avail of one (1) discount per transaction provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 and Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of Person with Disability, at their option or whichever is more beneficial. In case where the person with disability is also a senior citizen holding a valid senior citizen identification card (ID), the person with disability is eligible to use either his/her PWD ID Card or Senior Citizen ID card to avail of the government-mandated discount.
