  • Mechanics:
    1. To join, participants must like The Alpha Suites’ Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/TheAlphaSuites) and follow The Alpha Suites’ Instagram account (@thealphasuites)
    2. Participants must upload a photo on their Facebook or Instagram account with their loved ones and include a caption with the answer to the question “Who do you want to spend a staycation with at The Alpha Suites”  along with the hashtags #TheAlphaSuites5thAnniversary #TheLuxuryHotelExperienceRedefined 
    3. Upon uploading the photos on their preferred social media platform, participants must complete the online form with the following details:
      1. Full name, email address, mobile number, permanent address, link of their Facebook/Instagram account, and a screenshot of their post.
    4. Incomplete details will render the entry invalid.
    5. All entries must be visible to the public.
    6. Entries with malicious and/or profane content will be disqualified from the raffle.
    7. The deadline for submission and registration of entries is on June 16, 2023, 11:59 PM
  • Qualified to Join / Disqualified to Join:
      1. This promo is open to all residents of the Philippines above 18 years of age (as of 01 January 2023)  except for the employees of The Alpha Suites and Alphaland Corporation, whether regular or probationary, and its subsidiaries, including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity.

Access to hotel pool and gym

  1. Participants are allowed to submit multiple entries.
  2. Each participant is only allowed to win one prize throughout the promo period.
  • Selection of winners:
    1. The eligible winners will be determined by a lucky draw from the total number of qualified entries received during the raffle period on June 15, 2023, Thursday at 11:00 AM at 7232 Ayala Ave. Ext., Makati City, Metro Manila with a DTI representative.
    2. The eligible winners will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform of their entry, text message, phone call, email, and via registered mail. Winners are to be announced through The Alpha Suites’ official Facebook Page and Instagram account. 
  • Redemption of  Prize:
    1. The e-voucher will be sent to the registered email address of the winners on the same day of the announcement of winners.
    2. Reservation at least 7 days prior to the stay is required. Qualified winners who wish to redeem their prize must contact The Alpha Suites Reservations at (+632) 8737 0088 loc. 190 or email them at reservations@thealphasuites.com.
    3. The winner is required to present 2 valid IDs and a copy of their e-voucher upon redemption for purposes of verification (acceptable IDs are Passport, Driver’s license, SSS UMID Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, TIN ID, Voter’s ID, PRC ID, Senior Citizen ID).
    4. Redemption period is within one (1) year from receipt of e-voucher.
  • All Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be replaced with other items/services.
  • The 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 will be shouldered by The Alpha Suites.
  • By participating in this raffle, participants consent to give their personal information and the The Alpha Suites reserves the right to publish, and use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising, and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the The Alpha Suites.
  • The Alpha Suites collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by The Alpha Suites and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). By submitting the participant’s personal information, The Alpha Suites deems that permission is given to the hotel and/or its authorized agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services.
